What Guests Are Saying
Plowman Creek is highly praised for its excellent condition, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly camp hosts. Campers appreciate the spacious, well-maintained sites with easy access to water and electricity, along with beautiful scenery and clean facilities. While some noted minor issues with restrooms and inconsiderate fellow campers, the overall experience is positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Very quiet and relaxing! Plenty of families and kids on the weekend. We love the views of the water.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The park was quiet and has great views of the lake, the spots are graded not paved but ours was so level we didn't need to level the trailer at all. The park attendant was awesome and very available to visitors. Only drawback was the burrs that got into our Yorkie's fur were a real problem. We will be back to this little gem.

Beautiful Campsite right on the river. Loved that a covered picnic table and water was provided. Pretty simple place, not much else to do but hang out by the water unless you have a boat. Well kept and clean sites. Bathroom a short walk away.
I do wish the sites were more spread apart to help with privacy. We had neighbors who enjoyed playing loud music and we preferred to hear the crickets. We had to ask a couple times for them to turn it down or turn it off, including one time at 2am. Quiet hours need to be better enforced for sure.
Overall a good experience.

Beautiful place to camp. Restrooms needed some attention. No toilet paper, but we had our own. Hand soap was also empty.

Would have been very good except the restrooms down by the tent area were closed for renovations and the only one open is by the entrance ..... hope it gets finished soon
