The park was very nice with easy access to the water. The only downside was the bumper crop of grass burrs.

Everything was very nice. But the restrooms needed new light bulbs as half were burned out. Needs the light outside lighting should also be repaired as it was very dark outside the facility. Restrooms were basically clean just very dark.

We love Plowman Creek!!! It’s one of our favorite places to camp within 2 hours from home! Even in the 100+ degree heat all the trees make it bearable! Always enjoy a trip into Whitney to eat at the Texas Great Country Cafe & Pie Pantry.

We enjoyed our stay at Plowman. Park was clean, grass was mowed, only thing, there were lots of stickers, but we still had a great time.

We booked 1 thru 6 and had all of the friends with us plus 5 boats. Great place to leave boat out over night and the boat ramp was very close. We love this place very quiet not alot of people in and out. The only thing is there are stickers!

Campground was beautiful - abundance of shade trees, water was surprisingly quite i.e. no speed boats, or jet skis! Peaceful and serene. Site was clean, don't use the bathrooms or showers so can't comment. Hosts were very accommodating! Cell service was spotty but it was a getaway few days so no problem!

This was a last minute trip that we booked site unseen. We were pleasantly surprised with the park. The spot was perfectly shaded and close to the bathrooms. The bathrooms were clean and the park was quiet. We will be back.

The park was freshly mowed, had friendly park hosts, and beautiful weather. We could not have had a better week.
