Pretty nice park. Laundry room has big washers and dryers. The bathrooms were not always cleaned. The games don’t work in the game room. Only the quarter machine and pool table. People would go in and workout that were not staying at the park. Loud music (REALLY LOUD SHAKING OUR WINDOWS) was aloud. Owner was there in the park once when they had it on. If/when it rains the place is mostly underwater. That sucked! They were building a truck stop on the same parking lot which doesn’t seem great if people have kids in the park. Dumpsters were always full and crap just dropped outside of the dumpster. A couple of campers literally had crap piled up around the entire camper.

The shower and laundromat are nice, even if one machine has been broken for about 8 months now. The wifi sucks. The owner is reasonable
