Quiet Country RV Park

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Quite Country. Hazel made the check in process so smooth. While staying there, I had to work out of town. Amber, the park supervisor, went above and beyond to check on my mom to make sure she was good. The other people staying there were all so nice. Thanks to everyone at Quite County for making us feel at home! We were so sad to be leaving! Amazing place!!!!

Clean park, friendly people, quick to answer questions. Grateful to find this gem while husband was working out west.

Great place to call home. A nice quiet park with plenty of amenities, friendly people, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend

This is an update I have lived there for 2 years I just moved a month ago. So let's be fair let's break it down to pros and cons.

Pros:
1. Beautiful pool and really nice rec room. Has a pool table a fridge that has a great ice maker and video games and a nice large 75 inch TV.

2. Nice playground and little dog park.

3. Beautiful view have horses on both sides of the park.

4. Laundry room and showers which are nice.

Cons:
1. The water is undrinkable it foams and smells and taste horrible my dogs wouldn't drink it. When you ask management which doesn't live on sight Hazel and her husband lives somewhere else they tell you that the water company has tested it and doesn't see that they are able to do anything about it. (The place i moved to has the same water company the difference is that they care enough about their community to go to crisp clean well water more than an effort than Quiet Country will put into getting you drinkable water) dont ask because they get offended easily.

2. This is not a family oriented park. Hazel has moved in a bunch of alcoholics that doesn't give any consideration to their neighbors they will stay up till 2 to 4 am with music blasting and hoot and holler very loudly. They do not have a curfew. When you call Hazel because she is the one you have to contact she will tell you to get up out of bed get dressed to go deal with the drunks she moved in. Her response is all ways the same " that's the benefit of rv living you can move if you dont like it." Once again she doesn't live on-site so none of this affects her so why would she care as long as the money keeps coming in.

3.The people that she has moved in hauls tail thru there at 30 to 40 mph with no regard to the safety of the residents. The speed limit is 5 mph. the only thing she can do is post it to Facebook which most residents dont even know that it even exist because actually putting effort to print out notices and place them on the doors to make sure everyone gets told but she doesn't live on site and that would require her to actually do her job.

4. When they have get togethers at the rec room for the community it's not family oriented it's a bring your own bottle. Hazel is up there drinking and partying with everyone she brought in.
I moved because it's not safe for my grandson to walk to the bus because of all the speeding. Now, if you like to party get drunk, have a good ol' time. This is the park for you but if you have a family with children and pets find somewhere else to go this is not the place to be. It's not safe.
I'm sure they're gonna be offended and I'm sure they're gonna come back with some ugly, but this is the truth, y'all make your own choice your own decision. But if you're family oriented, don't go, go somewhere else to a community that cares about the safety of their community family. They should make this an all adult partying park since technically this is what they have made it. With the previous owners it was such a nice family park. The rich moved in and the neighborhood went down the toilet. Only requirement pass a background check and you can come party on down.

We appreciate letting my husband and his team build the pool and recreation building. Feel like Charlie and Charlie SR are like family as they worked together to help them fix drainage issues, electrical issues, and water issues that other contractors had did wrong. This is an amazing park and I encourage everyone that’s looking for a beautiful RV Resort check out quite country RV park in Millsap tx. I think we set the record in Parker county turned key the pool start to finish 21 days too filling it up. Love you guys and look forward to doing more projects with you and Sr in the future.
