What Guests Are Saying
Cedron Creek Park is praised for its beautiful, well-maintained environment, spacious and clean sites, and friendly hosts. Many visitors enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, abundant wildlife, and good fishing opportunities at the lake. However, some reviews note issues with overgrown grass, maintenance concerns, and limited winter access, suggesting room for improvement in facilities and upkeep.

We stayed in spot 50. This is such a beautiful site but in the past two years it has become a hazard. The concrete pad is coming apart and now the wire is sticking up through the concrete. Very dangerous to people, and pets not to mention your tires when pulling in trying to park. It also has created a good 4 inch drop off so one must be mindful not to twist and ankle or worse. Hope you remove the broken concrete, this is such a beautiful site to not be able to use.

Great customer service. Clean but HOT restrooms. All sites should be upgraded to 50 amp service. Most Travel trailers today have dual AC’s which can not be ran without 50 amp service. I switched spots once available ( paying for 2 spots at same time) just to get 50 amp service

Park was clean mowed and quiet the week we were there. Just need to add 50 amp electricity. Could only run one air conditioner at a time.

Great time as usual. Fishing wasn’t so good but the gate attendant kept an eye on us and our rigs which gave us great peace of mind while we enjoyed ourselves in the park. This is one of the best places to stay at Lake Whitney.

The road approaching the dump station has deteriorated significantly. With the dumpster where it is it is it is impossible to approach the dump station without falling off the road.
