The Vineyards of Fredericksburg RV Park

This campground has clean sites, daily garbage pickup & nice firepits. It is conveniently located to the downtown area. We had a few things to mention that we didn't like and those were that the campground is next to the highway so there will be noise. The laundry machines are older and the coins stick in the machines. We were disappointed that in February the pool was closed.

Went for a quiet getaway, made reservations on line through good sams. Was not crowded, very clean and level sites, well placed hook-ups, tables and fire pit. Has two dog walks one at each end. The store was well equipped if missing something staff was friendly and helpful. Huber is a $20 ride into town and pizza hut does deliver to park.

The sites were level. The laundry room was excellent. Plenty of seating places to fold, very clean.

However, the layout of the sites were weird. Very nice 4 seater metal picnic table smack dab next to the sewer setup of the adjacent site. Although we didn't have anyone on either side of us, it would have been weird using our picnic table next to someone's sewer setup. Tables definitely should have been moved more forward. Did not see hardly any difference between the premium and the regular pull throughs. The regular grass might have been a 1.5 ft skinnier than the premium and a wood picnic table, but did not see anything premium about the premium pull-throughs. This should definitely be a $50-$55 a night facility

We stayed the month of November 2025. It was very nice. The park and facilities are immaculate. We upgraded to the better WiFi for $25/mo and had not issue streaming. We also used the gym, hot tub and laundry. The staff is friendly, hardworking and accommodating. We highly recommend.

Nice level lots. We visited in a 45 foot motorhome and had enough room for our Jeep Trailhawk. Very clean. You can see all the empty lots are raked so you know they take pride in their campground. We would definitely come back when in town.
