Canopy RV Resort

We stayed just over three weeks as we enjoy time in the south this winter. The desk staff are all very nice and helpful. I love how we can call or text, whatever works at the time. I liked that the gym is 24/7 as I enjoy early morning workouts before remote work. The laundry machines worked well and were super easy to use just tapping our credit card. It was $2.50/load for wash and $2.50/load for dry. The resort is very well maintained. We loved our "neighbors" who were a horse and a donkey. They came by our site often and enjoyed apples and attention. It was quiet on the side that we were on the far north side.

This is our second stay as Winter Texans from Michigan. Prior to our arrival last year, we did extensive research to assure that our extended stay would be favorable. Canopy RV Resort did not disappoint. Its location gives peaceful evenings, sound rest, and great stargazing. Yet close to shopping, dining, and all the attractions the area has to offer. Staff is courteous and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Amenities include pool, hot tubs, pickleball, community firepit, grills for residents, playground and dog park. Lots are crushed stone and concrete but large and well maintained as are the grounds. Coffee bar is great as well as the Saturday breakfast. The icing on the cake are the many events and activities that Jennifer and Dawn organize and attend to make your stay memorable. Coffee and food trucks, group game nights, meal gatherings, karaoke, and so many other activities allow you to meet others and establish new friendships. Have never experienced in over 40 years of RVing a resort that offers so much. Kudos to Devyn, Justin, and their support staff for their efforts to make your stay, short or long, a memorable community experience.

Just spent one lovely month here at this campground. The grounds are extremely well maintained; the Staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. There are planned activities every day, including games, food trucks, & music/ dancing. It's quiet, spacious, & only a few miles away from shopping. So lucky we found Canopy RV Resort.

The RV Resort is in an excellent location and is beautifully maintained. They offer a lot of perks including food trucks and socialactivities. The only minor downsides are having to use a keycard for accessing everything including bathrooms (vs key pads), no paper towels in the bathrooms (perhaps add foot pulls on the doors), and no place to set shampoo and etc in the showers. The sites have great shady pecan trees, but our dog loves to eat them, which is an issue. Overall, we would highly recommend this resort.

We have stayed here a few times now and I completely love the Staff and the location, The Park is so beautiful and very well kept the pool and amenities are terrific adding in the Hot Tubs this year has been a huge Plus!!!! The Grandkids love it here and all of the family have came to stay here also. my Favorite thing is the Dog Bath areas! its so hard to bathe a dog in your camper this really saves my back lol We have been full time in our RV for 5 years now and this is by far the best RV resort we stay in, hey always take good care of us!
