My family and I have stayed at Cagle on 5 different occasions and we absolutely love the place. Clean, quiet, on the water and only 60 miles from home. Makes for a nice weekend with nature and good people. We will be returning.

Spacious sites in the woods. Lots of trees overhead and our spot was level. Overpriced compared to much nicer state parks we have stayed at. Not much of a senior discount.

Great park. The hosts are great. We did lose power for about 12 hours because of a pretty bad storm, but it was back up relatively quickly. My kids enjoyed wandering around there’s a relatively short trail and it’s easy to walk from one campground to the next.
