Pittsburg RV Park & Resort

I came into town for a visit only to find that my water heater leaked. I was so blessed that Pittsburg RV sent a technician out first thing in the morning, David, to replace it with a tankless water heater… no more anod rods! Yay! It was pouring rain, but David was very professional and dedicated to making sure everything was installed correctly and that there were no propane leaks. I appreciate the prompt and great service I received!

Great place great people. They helped me out in a pinch while camping we hade a major water leak in our TT Pittsburg Rv had the parts to fix our leak. Thanks

I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents, who recently stopped here to get service done on their way home to Tennessee from Texas. Their motorhome's 30 ft hydraulic slide wouldn't stay in on their long drive, and they trusted the team at this local RV shop to help them fix it at least so they could get it home. After demanding 2.5 hours of labor cost for a job that was an hour at most (outside of the time they wasted grabbing the 'right' parts), my parents were charged over 500 dollars for this fix, only for it to immediately fail on their way out onto the road, spewing hydraulic fluid everywhere in the process (within view of the RV shop, mind you!). When even the local police officer who helped my parents out after the failure of said repair says he doesn't trust a place, that's when you know it is a messed up business.

TLDR: They are rude, money-grabbing, and do not care at all if what they do to your RV actually helps or just gets your money in their pockets. If you need service ASAP, I highly suggest finding elsewhere. They might be nicer to their local clientele, but how they treated my parents and their motorhome was absurdly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Had seals replaced around one of my slides about 3 months ago...used trailer one time and now the seals are messed up again...not even in the holding brackets....got to looking at the other slides and these are completely different than the others...not tmention when I did come to pick up the camper price was 400$ more than quoted....most terrible workmanship I have ever seen

We bought our first RV from here. Josh & the crew were amazing. They were all very friendly, helpful, and never pushed us into something we didn't want. We had that problem with other dealers. We live 2 hours away, but we felt more comfortable with them than the closer dealers. When our RV arrived, they showed us every single button, latch, connection, etc., and made sure we didn't have any questions before we left. We will be recommending them to all of our friends.
