What Guests Are Saying
Pat Mayse West is a beautiful and peaceful campground, well-maintained with great views of the lake and surrounding wildlife. Many visitors appreciate the friendly staff and easy access to facilities, including a dump station and good cell service. While some areas, such as the restrooms and entrance roads, need updates, the overall camping experience is enjoyable, with excellent fishing and a strong sense of community among campers.

We had a very nice campsite with a fair amount of space betwen sites. It was on the lake. The only negative was the water connection being so far from the parking area. We only had 35 feet of water hose and could not hook up to water for our van. We were able to drive to another site to fill our tanks for the duration of our visit.

Campsite was nice, but ran into other inconsiderate camper's that short cut through our campsite to go down to the lake with little children. We had our two dogs on our site tied off and these people would walk there kids right by our dog's. Our dog's are not aggressive but they bark if strangers enter there space. What ever happened to courteous camper's. These people are setting a bad example for there next generation.

Nice place for the night. Park is very clean! Some of the RV pads are sloped, so bring stabilization blocks for leveling purposes. Lake is so pretty!

Nice and Clean. All of the camp helpers were very knowledgeable. They were very polite and friendly. It was a very refreshing weekend. Will camp there again

We arrived on a day there was a fishing tournament, and there was an empty boat trailer and truck parked along side of road making it impossible to back camper into spot. We were able to figure out another way to get to site, so not a serious issue? just making comment so others may need to make adjustments based on what activities may be going on. We love going to this campground as it is only 1-1/2 hour drive from home and we enjoy the peace and quiet. We stayed in sites A15 & A16, large grassy area between our camper and the water.
