What we loved about Rocky Point Campground: the views were breathtaking, especially from our second site, B30. There were expansive water views from two sides of the camper. The pup loved his morning and evening walks on the many wooded trails. The deer never disappointed in their morning and evening appearances. Nor did the thousands of birds on the lake.
What we didn’t love about Rocky Point (and the reason for 4 stars): the ticks. And the ticks.

This campground is awesome. All of the employees at the gate are great. They constantly go around to check on the park on a regular basis, the park areas where you camp are kept very clean, the restrooms as well are very clean. We have stayed here several times and have never had an issue.
