Friendly helpful staff and beautiful area.
Water quality at the campsite was terrible rusty smelly. Standard hose filter failed to improve much. Either have a high quality 2-3 stage filtration system for your camper or do as we did use only camper tank water.
Showers and toilets need a LOT of attention and upgrade. Provably because the water supply rusted everything out.

The views here are so nice. We love watching the lake and the sunset.
The restrooms, however, need some work.

The store they used to have there closed. Not the dams fault tho. The restrooms at the spillway were absolutely horrible tho. They were extremely run down and absolutely disgusting. Looks like havnt been done anything with in years.

We had a very nice stay at Rocky point. We had a rough time getting GPS to take us there the other than that we had a very nice day. It was clean, it was quiet, the deer were everywhere and it was so beautiful. The hospitality of the groundskeeper was very nice. We stayed five nights and felt safe the whole time which is a huge plus. We would definitely like to stay again.

Always a great place to visit, the staff is always courteous and helpful, very relaxed atmosphere and the other campers are very friendly. I will always check for openings here first when camping.
