We always stay at Rocky Point. We really like that the camp ground is gated. Everyone is friendly and our kids and be kids and have fun without parents worrying about them.

We are from Missouri and have been here twice. Very nice campground with friendlier folks than we’re used to. Great park for the kids. Beautiful water view sites available. Very clean restrooms. Extra bonus was the Easter celebration they had for the kids. If we were closer, we’d be regulars.

First time (and last time) visiting this campground. It was pouring rain when we got there and hosts made me stand at the window with rain dripping down my back while we checked in (there was an office space). I was given no map, no offer to show us the site. Had to drive my tow car around to find it first because can't take the motor home down the wrong road. Site was ok on the river. Restrooms were dirty. The Park was generally not clean. Small trash everywhere. The host couple was not friendly. We are also hosts for the USACE in other states and can't believe how this park was run. We visited Piney Point a short distance away and it was wonderful! We will stay there if we are in that area again. The host there, Peggy, was a friendly person and the park looked like those hosts cared about it.
