Rocky Point (Wright Patman Dam) is praised for its beautiful, well-maintained setting, spacious and shaded campsites, and friendly staff, creating a peaceful atmosphere for families. Many visitors enjoy the abundance of wildlife, particularly deer, and scenic sunsets over the lake. While some amenities, like restrooms and swimming areas, could use improvement, overall experiences are positive, with guests expressing a desire to return.

Park is nice but upkeep needs work. Firepits overflowing with trash. Tall grass needs mowing and broken tree limbs scattered about.
