What Guests Are Saying
Rocky Point at Wright Patman Dam is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean grounds, and friendly camp hosts, making it a peaceful and enjoyable destination for families and nature lovers. Campers appreciate the spacious sites with great lake views and the variety of wildlife, including deer. However, some reviews mention the need for restroom upgrades and occasional maintenance issues, such as overgrown grass and closed facilities, which could improve the overall experience.

Had site D9 right on the water. Beautiful site , loved the park. Required very little leveling. Only thing I did not like was fire pit next to the road, would rather it be located closer to the “water side” of the site

Would have been great had the weather not turned bad. Beautiful and clean campsite. I will be back.

Great campground. Spaces for RV’s were large and private around a beautiful lake. Nice cement pads to park with water and electric hookup. Nice picnic tables and beautiful clean grounds. Would highly recommend. We only stayed overnight because we were traveling through but we would come back in the future. The nicest place we camped on this trip!
