Two weeks ago I visited this convention center for the first time while attending my son’s high school graduation, and I came away genuinely impressed. The building design and overall layout were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully constructed. There were plenty of clean bathrooms and more than enough comfortable seating throughout the facility, which made the long ceremony much easier to enjoy.
I did not purchase anything from the food court, so I cannot speak to the quality there, but the setup looked organized and accessible.
My only real concern - and the reason I cannot give a perfect rating - is the lack of adequate signage both outside and inside the building. During parking, it was not clear where visitors were supposed to go. I realized I could have parked near the entrance (with my handicap placar), but i had been guided by the attendants/officers to park further away. And while inside, the signs directing people to stairs and elevators were minimal or easy to miss.
This became especially noticeable after the graduation ended. The crowd moved slowly because so many people were trying to figure out where to go, and individuals in wheelchairs had an even harder time locating the elevators. The exit process felt more chaotic than it needed to be.
Overall, this is a beautiful and well‑maintained facility with a lot of strengths. With clearer signage and better crowd‑flow guidance, it could easily become one of the best venues in the area.

The recent graduation ceremony at Hightower High School showcased exemplary crowd management for parking. The strategic redirection of vehicles effectively regulated traffic flow, and the provision of off-site parking with shuttle services to the building entrance was highly appreciated. The venue itself was maintained to an excellent standard, presenting a clean, well-kept, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Commendations are extended to all involved for their outstanding efforts.

Great experience watching a HS graduation.
The conversation were yummy - we liked the French fries as it had a bit of a crust.
They had water and popcorn and other items too. Lots of parking.
I’m sure it gets busy depending on the event or activity.

Rough experience. Very nice venue, great security.
Parking was $10 cashless (cars only, no tap to pay), they had trouble with their system. Couldn’t charge us, said they did, they didn’t. Tried to bring it up and they were rude.
Ordered the concession stand and got $13 raw chicken strips. Not maybe they were slightly under, COLD raw. Picture included.
They didn’t bat an eye when I brought it back so this must happen a lot. Just offered to swap it. Made me pay the difference for another meal.
Crazy. Check your food before eating!
