Water View RV Park

Great RV park, right next to Calaveras Lake Park, with small swimming pool for residents, BBQ area with shade, laundromat, dog park, full hooks, 24 hr gated access...only negative I have is I own a 16 ft Pontoon boat and I have nowhere to store it, so I have to go back and forth to City Base to get my boat so I can go out on the lake behind me... but other than that, I would give 5 stars in a heartbeat.

Would not recommend if you have kids. They basically told us we were not to have anything outside of our camper. They took a picture of my child outside playing to relay this information to me. Made up lies saying we were gutting/cleaning fish outside our site which was a blatant lie. We were only there for 3 nights and all this occurred. Its a beautiful RV Park but wouldn't necessarily recommend unless you are an older couple with no belongings.

Great Rv park the owners and staff are amazing we stayed for about 9 months and never had an issue clean showers and of course a dog park is always a plus the pool was nice in the summer very welcoming atmosphere we will miss it here. Thank you crystal and Liz

We ran into an electrical problem and they went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. Clean & quite easy access to San Antonio. Great facilities.

This is a newer RV park, so the spots are nice. The laundry facility was clean, and the grounds are a work in progress. The host never came by to say hello like most RV parks we've stayed at or to even check and make sure everything was okay with our stay. Now we were here for a whole week, so I'm really shocked it didn't happen at some point. We booked our stay several months in advance and the spot we were supposed to have was taken which was disappointing. The park has a small fenced in area for the dogs to run so that was nice but even though it says under camera watch some folks dont know how to clean up after their dog and that was annoying as heck because it has to be a BIG dog that left 💩 behind. There are several full timers in this park also. We didn't come to hang out at the park we came to visit TX and San Antonio. All and all we would stay here again because its clean and very quiet. The husband did mention to the staff that our spot was taken and the 💩 issue and the people in the office did give us our $20 fee back.
