San Marcos Springs RV Park

The photos on the website are very old. It doesn’t even look the same. Sites not maintained, loud during the night. The only good thing is the owner was very nice.
It appears the spots are mostly for local workers.

Feel very blessed to have stayed at this spot site 11 under a beautiful tree in San Marcos near showers and bathrooms with sueor friendly management Mary Lee and Mark. They were efficient with their communication and helpful on site. Its near to everything and easy access near thr free way yet peaceful and very quiet. They are expanding which is neat to see the small houses go up to. I would 100 percent recommend and adventure back one day. Many thanks and blessings to yall.

San Marcos Springs RV Park is hands down one of the best spots I’ve stayed at! The park is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. The sites are spacious with full hookups, and everything works just the way it should. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need.

The location is perfect—close to downtown San Marcos, the river, and plenty of great restaurants and stores, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It’s also easy to get in and out with a larger rig, which isn’t always the case at other parks.

We felt safe, comfortable, and right at home here. If you’re passing through San Marcos or planning a longer stay, this RV park is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

I absolutely adore this place!
Lived here for over a year and honestly, have nothing but good things to say.. The Owners are so lovely and so helpful.
They truly go above and beyond for their tenants. The park and amenities are always kept clean, and I always felt safe. I'm sad to go but feel like I have made a forever family.

Well located RV park for San Marcos, Texas activities. Safe, quiet facility with a great coffee shop on premises that served the best gourmet style breakfast in town, but very reasonably priced. There's a friendly family style atmosphere with plenty of trees and shaded spots. Well established RV park, and I would definitely stay there again as my first choice in the area. Rates are very reasonable, as well.
