Seaside RV Resort is a wonderful place to stay if you’re vacationing, working nearby, or just passing through.

A big thank you to Bree and Linda for helping me create an amazing surprise birthday setup. They went above and beyond and made the experience truly special. Their hospitality and care made this feel like a true home away from home.

Highly recommend!

Have stayed here off and on since they opened. Have traveled extensively for my job for over 30 years. Nice park. Nice amenities. All personnel from ground keeper to management nice, helpful, friendly. Unlike other parks of equal quality they are not overly ‘involved’ in your daily life. You do not feel that you’re constantly being monitored by an overzealous management team. But if there ever is an issue, it is handled immediately. This is a fine line….and they walk it with grace.

The concrete rv spots are wide, deep, level and well kept. Laundry, pools, shower facilities top notch.

They apparently screen the tenants which I appreciate. All rv’s are late model/higher end with no ‘riff raff’ in residence. There are a few long term folks, but you would not know it by looking at their campsite.

It is clear that both management and tenants take
pride in this park. It is a five star operation. If you choose to come here, expect to do the same.

Bri is solid gold. She understands the nature of what I do and is accommodating with scheduling and arrangements.

Most importantly my wife very much enjoys the overall environment that is provided.

I will be back time and again.

Travelled to campground to touch base with friends who were closeby in a marina. Campground has cement pads. All hookups worked well . Wifi great. My issue was cost. Expensive . Sites were small. A couple small charges that seemed like because we can. Only five pullthroughs. Amenities exaggerated. Nice area . Had a nice time.

I really enjoyed staying there. I was there approx 5 months. The lady running it was real respectful and responded if I had questions. It was a very clean place with 2 pools. A nice clean laundry room and exercise room. Fenced in and gated. Nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying there and if I am back in that area will stay there again.

Contrary to the park’s name, it is NOT located at the sea. There are public beaches nearby though, It is located convenient to the Johnson Space Center. There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are Concrete as are the sites.

Our site, 06, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and cable were to the left side. Distancing is fair for an urban park. There are NO picnic tables nor a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was pretty sterile. It is gated but the area appears to be in a safe neighborhood.

We did not use the park included wifi or cable TV. We did not search for any OTA channels. Satellite will not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms, showers, pools, fitness center or games room but we checked and found them all clean and modern.

There did not appear to be any other short term users other than us. The rest appeared to be permanents but there were no trashy sites, All were neat and tidy.

There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a good base to use visiting local attractions. We paid $84.35 per night (inc tax) and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.
