We stayed four days in August, 2022. It was very hot during the day, but with plenty of shade it was tolerable. The staff here is always very friendly and they keep the park really clean. It is one of our favorite places to stay.

This site was well shaded and so deep! The site was very level- no blocks needed. Easy walk to the lake, and nice views all around. This site is in the center of the loop, so a there were campers on all sides of this- but still a beautiful site! I would choose one on a more outside part of the loop if available, but would definitely stay in this site again! Lake was not too low, even in the drought, and the "bottom" is sandy (not mushy or rocky). We enjoyed our stay here very much! (we didn't use the bathrooms a tall so can't comment, but the grounds seemed well maintained).

We really enjoyed our visit here. The lake was beautiful. We saw many deer everyday. Went to the Texas Bucket List store in College Station. Driving around the area came across a little town called Dime Box which we had never heard of. People at the camp office very nice.

Great beaches at this park. Quite a bit of shade at this park over most sites.

Every campsite had a great view. While the roads were a touch narrow for our large coach, we would definitely come back if in the area. Camp hosts were amazing and helped us get backed in. No complaints.

Beautiful spot overlooking the lake. Good shade and panoramic views of the water. Would book this site again. We arrived late and the friendly host Charles came by in the morning to check to make sure things were good. We appreciate that type of attention.

Love coming here! We like to swim in the lake, fishing and ride our bikes while we are here. Always a good time with family!

Great site with plenty of space. Water front. Near restroom/shower, which was clean.
