Was a fantastic site, had a crazy storm roll through.. my only gripe is that they need to power wash their bathrooms. They're a little buggy. Just a quick power-wash would solve that problem

Beautiful park very peaceful and spacious RV spots. The dump station was easy access and very clean.

We stayed here to be nearer to family for Christmas. The site we had was next to the beach area, in full view of the lake. Easy in and out for the kayaks. The staff were wonderful. The loop restrooms were clean. However, we used the vault toilets near the boat ramp at one point, and they were loaded with mosquitoes!! Overall a great visit!

Very easy to navigate, close distance to amenities and the beach is perfect for the whole family. Peaceful trails with comfortable walk ability. I especially love the lake! The boat launch looks easy to back into. I’ll have to bring the boat next time.

The gate attendants were all so friendly love seeing kids help put up the flag in the morning and talking with Jojo as we came and left

From Austin, Texas, take US 290 east to Brenham. Follow HWY 36 north 11.5 miles to FM 1948. Turn left and follow FM 1948 2.5 miles. Turn right into park complex, following campground signs.
