Always clean, well maintained, nice management. Deer everywhere, great boat ramps and clean docks and walking paths. Greatly recommend

Yegua Creek is a great location and the sites by the water have tremendous views, we always enjoy our stay in this area. Local wineries are worth a visit and the restaurants in Brenham and Burnett are exceptional.

Loved staying here. Such a pretty park. Lots of shade in the area we were in. Deer everywhere. The map shows a playground but it wasn’t there, grandkids were a little disappointed. But overall great place will definitely go back.

Very nice park with clean bathrooms, we had a good time there. The only thing was that one of the bridges on the hiking trail was closed so we had to return without completing the hike. The campgrounds are well kept but a bit too close to each other, on our last day there were a lot of wind and we received all the smoke from our neighbors, other than that we really enjoyed the park and being so close to the animals (deer everywhere)

Site location is fine, however new rules and all volunteers at the park will keep people from wanting to camp there. No visitors, can't launch boat without being camped, no good!!

This park is special to me as my family and I went camping here when I was in high school. I have not camped since then and just started up again at 61 years of age. My wife and I have a great time. It’s still as great as ever.
