Never met the owners but the staff manager is very helpful and generous. It is a big RV park, and WiFi works fast! However, it is not worth the pricing (about $750 monthly). The pool is still not open. Laundry is free but there are only 3 washer and 2 dryers that work for 100+ campers. In the front of the park there’s grass but towards the back it is only dirt. There’s really no golf course around. Street lights need to be installed for safety purposes.

***Edit-I do want to update my review and mention that the property manager Evelyn did reach out to me directly and refunded me for the unused days from our stay. We had a conversation where she listened to my frustrations, and I also listened to her side regarding the challenges of taking over the RV park, growing the business, and making changes during the transition. I appreciated her willingness to communicate and make things right in that regard. She also explained that they are actively working on making improvements to the property and taking guest concerns into consideration for future changes. I also want to make it clear that this was solely our personal experience, which is why I encourage others to do their own research beforehand and ask as many questions as possible prior to booking. Everyone’s expectations and experiences are different, and while this place may not have worked for us, it may work well for someone else depending on what they are looking for.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. We stayed here for over a year, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. My husband works in West Texas often, and before the ownership changed, we used to stay here regularly. Unfortunately, after the new owners took over, the quality of the property and overall experience went downhill, and we will not be staying here again. The RV pads are in terrible condition, and the water quality is poor. The water is questionable so much so that you will go through several water filters in a single month. The laundromat is not free, and the pictures online are very misleading compared to the actual property. Make sure you ask every question you can before making a reservation and do your due diligence beforehand. Also, be aware that if you book for a certain number of days and leave early, they will not refund you for the unused days. After the property changed ownership, the pool became extremely dirty and poorly maintained. You could still see stains on the sides and bottom of the pool from how bad it had gotten. Another important thing to know is that if you plan on staying long-term and need to receive mail or packages, you’ll need to get your own P.O. Box. The office does not willingly accept packages or mail, but they have no choice but to accept UPS and FedEx deliveries. Regular mail and Amazon packages are not accepted.Obviously, this was not just our experience since many other people have since left as well. All I’m saying is to do your research before deciding to stay here. Overall, this place is overpriced and underwhelming, to say the least. The rent they charge is not worth what they actually offer.

I’ve lived at this RV park for quite a while, and unfortunately the experience has gone way downhill over the last couple of months after the ownership changed.
One of the biggest issues is that residents can no longer receive packages at the park, which is a huge inconvenience when you actually live here full time. The power situation has also become a constant problem. Anytime the wind blows, the power goes out, and on windy days the electrical surges nonstop. That’s not only frustrating, it’s concerning for people’s RVs and appliances.
On top of that, the pricing keeps going up while the quality keeps going down. Lot rent is now $750 a month, plus they charge an additional $23 service fee just for paying with a credit card.
For the amount being charged, residents should expect stable utilities, better communication, and basic conveniences. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case lately.

We had amazing service from the Park host and was very helpful in getting our spot for the evening. It is a great stop over if you’re heading west. Access was easy on and off the highway and all hook ups were in great order. Plan on staying again on our way west in the near future it is under new ownership and they are really improving the RV Park. Great hospitality in service.

The park is kept very clean and very well kept. The pool area was clean, the water was pretty and it was never very crowded. Stickers in the grass kept the dogs from being able to walk around much.
