Ladera RV Resort

We arrived a little later than expected, yet we were still greeted with a friendly smile and answered all questions and before he left let us know they were always available if we needed anything. Ladera is very clean & quite. Rv lots are spacious and beautiful. Level concrete pads. Dog park has a fire hydrate for the boys and a covered ramp to run up and down for play. Walking around the park you see so much natural beauty, your not on the side of the freeway listening to traffic...you can relax and enjoy the stay. You're still close enough to so many places to eat and interesting things to see. After the first night my wife marked "Will Return" next to our list of parks heading home to Nevada. Not many places she has ever marked that to...and even fewer we recommend to other fellow RV friends.
The Brannons & Electra

Easy to get to. Downtown Sulphur Sorings nice area to walk around. Big spots and concrete and level. Only comment is it was unclear where restrooms or bathhouse was. However, in fairness, we booked last minute and very much appreciated their ability to accommodate us. Rv park was clean and neat. Would stay here again if find myself in the area

We spent 2 nights here and were very pleased with our stay. The pull-through sites are spacious, level, and the park is very quiet and peaceful. Since this is a newer campground, there are not many amenities yet — currently no store, pool, bathhouse, or laundry room — but the park is clean and has a lot of potential as it continues to grow.

They do have a nice fenced dog park, which we appreciated while traveling with our pups. The astroturf can get pretty hot on dogs’ paws during warmer parts of the day, so keep that in mind. There is also a waste station stocked with bags, although some guests unfortunately were not picking up after their pets.

One suggestion for improvement would be adding a few more trash receptacles around the park, as we only found one dumpster during our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with this new RV park. I am from Maine. I went to in Texas for the winter Decided to try this brand new park. The owners, management are very friendly and extremely helpful. I got a little too close to the lawn and my tire sunk in the mud. They have had so much rain. The owner asked if I wanted my wheels cleaned off with a pressure washer. He came over and did it himself and apologized. No need to apologize. Very clean. Very nice and beautiful. Will definitely stop here again on my Way to Texas from Maine in the fall. We arrived in the rain in a 45 ft coach w tow 2 slides we missed the pad on two wheels leaving ruts. The owner came to assure us all was ok. He set us at ease. We had been here when there were just about 10 spaces when it first opened. It has grown and looks great. At night there is enough space to see the stars without city lights interfering. We appreciate the location, generosity, and professionalism here. Thank you!!! We will be back next time in the area. ❤️
