What Guests Are Saying
Clear Springs Campground offers a clean, well-maintained environment with beautiful lake views and plenty of wildlife, making it a peaceful and enjoyable spot for camping. The staff is professional and helpful, enhancing the overall experience for visitors. While some facilities, like certain campsites and bathrooms, could use improvements, the positive aspects far outweigh the negatives, leading many guests to return for future visits.

Nice park. My pad was level and services were in excellent shape. Beautiful location on Wright Patman Lake. The bath house is a bit long in the tooth, but clean. Back in in was easy, we arrived after dark. Stayed here on the way back to Ohio for one night.

We spend 2 weeks twice a year. We always reserve C13. The door has always been an issue but this time it was awful. We had to manhandle to open or make it close. We saw workers at another door so I asked them to come and look. They screwed in hinges and it helped some but not much. The worker complained that people tear them up and let them slam back. There is no spring so if you open door and the wind gets it, it flies back. They said they had to replace them all the time. We have been staying there as I said for about 4 years. The door has not been replaced in that time frame as we can identify by the shredded duct tape all over it.
The breakers blow if you have two items plugged in and running at the same time.
Would be awesome if someone could blow the ceiling fans periodically. They are thickly covered in spider webs and dirt.
Ants were an issue. There are beds that abut the concrete pad.
There is still no light in the pole over the boat ramp. Would be great if we could see when we put the boat in early morning.
The refurbished dock is wonderful!!

Nice campgrounds and park. Some nice sites on the water throughout. The A loop sites are old and a lot of the paved surfaces are in poor shape.
