The park is very nice. Our site had minimal shade in the morning and zero in the afternoon. The picture did not indicate that at all. We basically had to stay inside in the afternoon because it was too hot.

I am from Texarkana. Lived there all my life. I now live in Arizona but come back to see my kids and grandkids. I love Wright Patman Lake and my favorite campground is Clear Springs. The grounds are always clean, bathrooms are taken care of (need a/c during the summer),the hosts are all really friendly, all in all it is great. This year we saw pelicans, which I had never seen there before. A great place to camp. I highly recommend this campground.

I am from Texarkana. Lived there all my life. I now live in Arizona but come back to see my kids and grandkids. I love Wright Patman Lake and my favorite campground is Clear Springs. The grounds are always clean, bathrooms are taken care of (need a/c during the summer),the hosts are all really friendly, all in all it is great. This year we saw pelicans, which I had never seen there before. A great place to camp. I highly recommend this campground.

Beautiful COE campground! Clean, quiet, and right on the lake with big shady sites. Easy RV access, nice bathhouses, and plenty of deer around. Great place to relax — we’ll definitely stay again!

Beautiful park and great facilities. Not the best for tent camping in the A loop as it is not very level. Other areas looked good though. Overall a very nice park. Would definitely go again.
