The staff was friendly and helpful. The park was well maintained. There was a good selection of sites to choose from. The view of the lake was incredible. It was peaceful and quite during our stay. No complaints. The dump stations (2) looked brand new and had plenty of space for any size RV.

The sites were nice. The view of Wright Patman Lake was outstanding. So many loblolly pines, just beautiful. There is a boat ramp, playground for kids, a few short walking trails. Camp host was nice. There are also 3 fishing cabins that can be rented. Spring Lake Park is nearby and is a great place to walk around, picnic, watch waterfowl, walk your dogs. We also went into Texarkana. The downtown area could use some sprucing up, but we enjoyed lunch at Pecan Point Gastropub & Brewery and were allowed to take our two pups in with us in the Tap Room.

We had a one night stay at Clear Springs on Feb 20th. It was cool at the time of our visit and the water had been shut off just before our stay but was back on for our night. The facilities were clean and the camp host was friendly. We got to see a beautiful sunset across the lake.
