Clear Springs Campground offers a clean, well-maintained environment with beautiful lake views and plenty of wildlife, making it a peaceful and enjoyable spot for camping. The staff is professional and helpful, enhancing the overall experience for visitors. our first day there it was a fiasco to say the least we had electric problems that consumed many hours but did get resolved . the grass was well over knee high in the areas joining the site and until we left it was only getting taller . the pavement for the trailer Was CRACKED UP VERY BADLY the ants were horrible we had to spend over 50$ in insecticide to kill them boards around camp were ripped up and rotten grass around the picnic table and gravel area was over knee high it wasn't a bad experience but definitely a huge waste of my time and money going to such a unmaintained area and run down area for double the price of Jefferson ridge which is much better area and well maintained compared to clear springs which is in dire need of updating or close the park down

The grass had not been mowed in sometime. Attracting snakes, a man was nearly bitten by a large copperhead. The entire campground needed maintenance

Condition of grounds in poor shape. Grass needed to be mowed. Several poisonous snakes moving through tall grass near children playing. Un-level asphalt pad in need of repair.
Disappointed with conditions. Will go to one of the other two campgrounds that have received better upgrades.
