Stayed two nights at Clear Spring Campground. Excellent experience from checking to departure. Was in loop B and had clear view of the lake. Site was a large back-in site as were all of them.
Site was long, level with gravel with a concrete pad with dining table and fire wring. Electrical and power conveniently located at rear of site.
Original plan was for one night but decided to stay for an additional night as I was well pleased. Had to make reservation for 2nd day for next day through recreation.gov but when I awoke the 2nd day my pass for my new site (also on loop B) was on my windshield. Great service.
Closest stores and city were a short distance away but well worth the time to be able to enjoy this park.

Park is clean and well maintained although it would be nice of they burned or hauled off the dead trees on the ground.

From Texarkana, take Highway 59 south. Turn right (west) on Farm-to-Market (FM) Road 2148 and follow to Wright Patman Lake entrance. Follow the park road west to the entrance.
