Tejano Ranch RV Park

We stayed here for about a month and honestly it was the most beautiful, amazing park we have ever been in. Their house and synthetic yard made it so much fun for me and my husband to just hangout. The owners are super lovely always ready to help with anything. If we are ever back in this area, will definitely choose tejano ranch.

We just spent 3 months at this wonderful RV park, and it was honestly such a peaceful, welcoming experience. It’s family-owned, and that cozy, down-to-earth vibe really comes through in everything—from the way it’s run to the way you’re treated.

The owners, Nancy & her husband, Chase, are so kind, helpful, & understanding. The owner’s dad is one of the highlights. He’s always out taking care of the grounds—mowing the lawn, keeping things tidy—and on hot days, he’d bring me and my two toddlers water when he saw us outside. Just the sweetest gesture, and it really made us feel cared for.

The amenity center is amazing—super clean, and beautifully maintained. There’s a cute little swing set for kids, a nice turf area to relax behind the building, and a big open green field at the front that makes the whole place feel wide open and peaceful.

There’s also a lovely pond right next to their RV park on their property, tucked just beyond a gate you can open/close yourself. It’s in a field where their cows sometimes roam, and it’s such a special touch—they even allow you to drive back there to fish and enjoy the view. It feels like a little hidden slice of country heaven.

One of the RV neighbors, Margarita and her husband, were so friendly and welcoming, and they help keep the amenity center clean and pleasant for everyone.

If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful RV park out in the country with kind people and thoughtful touches, this is the place. We’re so glad we stayed and would absolutely come back again!

This is one of the most beautiful, clean, and peaceful spots we have stayed at. It’s a nice community with many long-term families. Kid and pet-friendly, which is a huge plus. The owners are really sweet and accommodating. The amenity house has everything we need from bathrooms with showers, a laundry room, a fitness room, free wifi, and several areas to homeschool or just relax whenever we need more space. This is our new favorite spot in North Texas.

We love living here full time! It’s so peaceful and drama free! We have lived here almost 2 years. We have a 9 year old that lives with us and feel very comfortable just letting him go outside and ride his bike, play and feel safe. The sunrise and sunsets are so beautiful! The amenities center is beautiful and kept very clean. I love the exercise room! The owners take great care of it here and are always looking to add more amenities for guests to make it better. And the little town of Valley View is so quaint and has a farmers market where you can go get fresh items!

We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here! From the second we pulled in, we felt at home. The staff greeted us like old friends, with genuine smiles and kindness that you just don’t find everywhere. You can tell right away that they truly care about their guests.

Our site was perfect — roomy, level, and beautifully maintained. The whole park is spotless and so well cared for. The restrooms and showers were sparkling clean, the laundry area was tidy and convenient, and everything just felt comfortable and welcoming.

Traveling with pets can sometimes be tricky, but this park went above and beyond for our furry family members. Our dogs absolutely loved the big, safe dog park where they could run and play to their hearts’ content. We also enjoyed peaceful walks together around the park — it’s quiet, safe, and full of little spots to stop and enjoy the scenery. Seeing our pets so happy made our trip even more special.

At night, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — just the sound of the breeze and the stars above. During the day, we loved how close it was to local attractions, stores, and restaurants, yet it still felt like our own little retreat away from it all.

This RV park is more than just a place to stay — it’s a place where you feel cared for.
