A great park with fantastic scenery! I only wish they had hot showers during the colder days. The gate staff were very friendly.

It was a little cold and wet, but we still had a wonderful time at this park.

We were in site 10 in one of the full hook up loops. All the sites in that loop are level with a great view.

We have stayed here a number of times and have always enjoyed the visit. Last time, I saw a Cougar in the morning. Amazing. We will be back as soon as possible.

New area was nice..
No trees yet.
Staff was under staffed.
Bath room had no paper towels, plenty of toilet paper.
Floor was not mopped in 6 days.
Overall better than most.

The RV site was very good, but the bathhouse was very bad and that is why the fair review. Even the very low cost of the site doesn't make up for the bathhouse. They need to be torn down and replaced with clean, lit and heated ones.

The women who work at the gate are very helpful and friendly! Sites are large. Many have sewer hook ups. Most have a great view of the lake. Most of the pavilions, picnic tables, grills and pads are in decent shape. Airport park is close to many site seeing attractions also. Visit Mammoth park, Magnolia, Texas Ranger Museum, Dr Pepper Museum, Baylor University, Cameron Park and the Waco Tour. Very reasonably priced.

We were in 19 and had a view of the lake though it is an inside spot. The park was very clean, though the showers in the bathrooms were not working, maybe due to the time of year. The dump station is really the only negative. It sits up higher than normal and it was difficult for us to empty our tanks and we have a Jayco Eagle that rides a little higher than others.

We enjoyed our visit at site 17 with electric & water, on the water and views to enjoy. Large site with a round driveway. We gave it 4 stars only because of the freezing weather and our water did freeze. Airport noise was minimal. We moved to site #59 for one night. It also had sewer. It was across the street from the water. We had more airport noise in one night than the five nights on site #17. Would definitely visit Airport Park, if we are in the area again. It is about 15-20 minutes to The Silos.
