Great camping area. Swimming area awesome. But, why are there only maybe 7 sites for 50 amps and none in the trees for shade???

Lofers Bend West is praised for its beautiful grounds, well-maintained sites, and clean facilities, making it a great spot for camping and enjoying outdoor activities like boating and fishing. While some guests noted the need for regular mowing and occasional maintenance, the overall experience is positive, with many expressing their intent to return. The park is appreciated for its peaceful atmosphere and family-friendly environment, though some issues with restroom availability were highlighted.

Our family has been using the pavilion facility for many years for our family reunions. It’s perfect so some of us can camp for a few days and some can just come for a day and enjoy the fellowship. The campsites are nice and the swimming area at the lake is nearby.

No one out there to help or ask questions. And really needed to be mowed.

Lofers bend is a good place to camp and enjoy boating and swimming there is a lot of shade and covered picnic tables which are all great the only down fall is the property needs to be mowed on a regular basis to cut down on the sticker growth

The restrooms are nice and clean, but need some maintenance. The park has been mowed very well this summer.

For two weeks the electric went off. At midnight some times. We live 25 minutes away. We were told it was fixed and it was not. We went home 4 times! The partial refund would be nice.
