The front gate checked the wrong people into our camp site. We had booked a few months in advance to make sure we got a safer spot off main roads as we have young children. There were 3 people with the same last name and the gate attendant did not check first names. I asked how many people are booked with my same last name and there were 3 or 4 sites. When I asked about first names her response was “we don’t check that. I don’t have that on my print out, just first initials” it was incredibly frustrating. Then after we checked out (of a different camp site, we had to move) she called me after I was home asking why my camper was still there. I let her know, again, because it’s not mine, they checked put the wrong person in my site, she told me I needed to have them move. My response was “you will need to discuss that when them”. It was unprofessional
