Park was beautiful. Our campsite had no water or electricity (we knew that beforehand) and looked right out over the lake. It was easy to find and get in and out of. Site was ready and clean. Facilities were clean and accessible. Highly recommend. We will visit again.

The stay was very good. The only problem was the toilets would not flush right. We reported it 2 times. They said there was a pressure problem the last time. Also the light in the women's restrooms was and still out when we left and the outside light to the mens was out.

Excellent place for large parties and peaceful views the shelter had two plugs with two plugs each and them the front one is a little bit wonky the fan does not work at the time we camped if you flip the switch on the right where the fan would turn on or off the whole thing short circuits the circuit panel but the two plugs work just fine enough to do what's needed the fire spit is on a odd spot not very easy to sit around the hills will definitely have your chair falling over. The water spicket is pretty far from the shelter so bring a water hose. There's a nice little private fishing area / launching area for canoes and such at the bottom of the hill as well as there's a spot at the top of the hill that's about 20 plus feet up from the water which would make excellent launching for fishing with large rods. There are two nearby tent areas that help with extra people on site as well as parking if need be. The facilities were clean. And it is definitely a good distance from the bathrooms and showers. Honestly one of the best camping sites I've seen on east or west. Didn't really experience any stickers like I did on East at this site which is a major Plus. The bees yes the bees are a force to reckon with be prepared to do with a lot of honey bees and a few bumblebees depending on season.
