Great location! Very clean. Restroom and showers are clean. easy check in/out. The only thing I would say is we wish there was a bait shop close by.

Magnolia Ridge is praised for its quiet, peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite camping destination for many. Campers enjoy spacious sites with beautiful views of nature, including wildlife sightings like alligators. While there are concerns about the water access and mosquito presence, overall experiences highlight the campground's charm and the friendliness of the staff.

The sites are fairly level with views of the lake. We had a covered cement slab with a picnic table to help enjoy sitting outside. There are easy paths in the park to hike in the woods.

“Site 19 March 2-13, 2023” 5th wheel 1-ton combo, 60’ long, 13’5” high easily fit into site-19.
Pros: Great views of Steinhagen Reservoir. Site well maintained, grass mowed, 50amp and water worked perfectly. Water potable water. Walking trails well maintained. Dump station just past main gate worked no issues. Access roads in good condition. Two functioning boat ramps. Abundant wild life (including snakes).
Cons: Restroom and shower facility filthy. Shower drain plugged so water backs up around your feet. Bugs, gnats, no-see-ums, and mosquitoes get ferocious, be prepared.
