Aside from the sound of the boats out on the lake occasionally, this has to be one of the most peaceful places I have ever camped. The night skies were very dark. No nearby lights muddying up the sky. Perfect for stargazing.

This is one of THE best COE parks that we’ve ever visited!! The trees are well trimmed back from the roadway and RV sites, so there was no damage to our RV. Thank you! The site (#20) was perfectly level, had an excellent satellite shot to the DirectTV satellite and was huge! Right next to the water, we are able to enjoy the beauty of the lake. The site is extremely large and has a covered picnic table. The winding road leading to the site was a joy to drive, even in a 45’ RV towing a Ford Explorer! Overall, I would give this 5+++ Stars! Thank you for providing such a wonderful resource to enjoy the beauty of our Nation!

Very quiet and we'll maintained campground. Sites are well spaced and level. We enjoyed the covered picnic table, and it also had fire ring and lantern hook. We were in site 39 in a small cul-de-sac with only 2 other sites. Very private and quiet.

Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

Reserved campsites will be held until checkout time the day after arrival; after that, they will be considered a no-show.
The park entrance gate closes at night; vehicles may exit but cannot re-enter until morning without the gate code from the email receipt.

Cancellation policy

Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

Site capacity

Campsites are limited to two camping structures and a maximum of eight occupants. Camping is restricted to designated sites for up to 14 days within a 30-day period, with a limit of two vehicles per site.

Local regulations

All guests must follow Title 36 rules, or they may face citations or expulsion from the park.

Site types & loops

Water-based and inflatable toys and objects are prohibited in the park.
30 Amp sites are exclusively for 30 Amp campers, while 50 Amp sites can accommodate both 30 and 50 Amp campers.

Safety & rules

Generators are not allowed in the park.
Fire ants are present in the park; do not disturb their mounds to avoid painful stings, especially for children.

Utilities

Sewer hook-ups are not available; only a dump station is provided.

Vehicles & parking

Off-road vehicles, including golf carts and unregistered vehicles, are not allowed in the park.
