This is definitely one of my favorite campgrounds. It’s so pretty and well cared for. I return a couple times a year.

Magnolia Ridge is praised for its quiet, peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite camping destination for many. Campers enjoy spacious sites with beautiful views of nature, including wildlife sightings like alligators. While there are concerns about the water access and mosquito presence, overall experiences highlight the campground's charm and the friendliness of the staff.

Great trails, clean campsite. Everything worked well despite the freezing temperatures. It was a great place to stay for a few days!!

The scenery at Magnolia Ridge makes it worth a visit. All the cypress and huge magnolia trees are beautiful. I liked having a covered picnic table and the pad was level, but the area between the two was a little muddy. Perhaps a new application of gravel would help. Keep a careful watch for alligators and wild pigs. Keep your dogs and children away from the edge of the swamp.

if you drive up to gate and no one is in shack drive closer to gate and it will go up. We arrived in the rain and we were not close enough to trip the sensor so had to get out and put code in and then the hose popped out through door from coming through gate house from his RV to tell us you have to drive up closer for it to go up. Maybe have a sign that states that.
Also the over hangs are way to close to the pads. We caught a edge of one when husband was trying to straighten out. It was raining hard and he didn't hear me yelling to stop. Many are damaged if you walk around and look at tin roofs. So watch out!
