The park is nice, but the bathrooms are not great.

Magnolia Ridge is praised for its quiet, peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite camping destination for many. Campers enjoy spacious sites with beautiful views of nature, including wildlife sightings like alligators. While there are concerns about the water access and mosquito presence, overall experiences highlight the campground's charm and the friendliness of the staff.

We never saw a host until we were packing up to leave. We even changed sites after having problems for over an hour with the original site. Only 3 other RVs in the campground while we were there.
We did see some deer and other wildlife.

We have camped in Magnolia Ridge park several times now. Always a good park. I was pleased to see the new facility for the Veterans alligator event

It was a nice get away for 3 nights, nice view of the water, the cabinets was fairly clean. The only complaint we had was the construction going on. It would've been nice to be notified when we booked that there would be lots of loud noises and things going on due to construction. That was a little annoying but other than that we had a good time.
