Residents were so sweet and helpful. Grass was mowed. Bathrooms and showers clean enough. Took my RV here for it's first trip and the pad was super even didn't have to adjust at all (from side to side).

East Fork is our go-to park when visiting family in the Plano area. Quiet, spacious and pretty darn convenient.
A few comments for the most recent trip:
Kudos for the new blacktop on the road. Last year we had to play dodge-the-potholes. Good work.
Bathrooms are prone to be buggy. Could it be that the vents at ground level lack adequate screening? Might be worth looking at.
This trip we were in site 10, which we liked well enough. Our previous favorite, No. 1, was completely underwater ... the entire driveway and pad ... so we were glad we had picked another site. Several sites could use more gravel to lift the surface up a bit.
All of this sounds more picky than we really mean to be. We love this park, even if it has a few flaws.

We stay here because it is so close to where our family lives. The park is clean and quiet. The only thing is we wish it had a code lock on the gate. We would love to enjoy some of the surrounding events but can't because the gate is locked at 10pm. If it were coded, it would be so nice and updated.

The only complaint is that the grass is not mowed often enough.

Once the rain let up, staff got the grass mowed which made the site more usable.
Restrooms were not once cleaned the entire time we were there, 11 nights. They were filthy, toilets had caked feces in the bowl, toilet paper stuck to wet floors, trash left in showers was not removed. Obviously, a report to the health department would shut down the restrooms as there is no way they comply with health codes.
