What Guests Are Saying
North Campground offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience amidst stunning scenery and tall trees, making it a favorite among visitors. The facilities are well-maintained, with clean bathrooms, hot water, and good access to hiking trails and the visitor center. While some sites may not be completely level and the reservation process could be clearer, the overall atmosphere and thoughtful hosts contribute to an enjoyable stay.

Great site, but wish bathroom access was better. You have a gulley and steep hill to walk up to get to the bathroom. Could be tricky in the the dark or if it rains.

This honestly was the best tent camping site in Loop C and Loop D. It has level ground for two tents to be pitched easily and there is not another campsite right next to this site on either side. During our stay it was quiet but know that the RV loop is located on the hill above this site. We were able to get cell reception if we wanted it. The only negative was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom--bring your own or hand sanitizer!

Excellent camp sight. Close to flush toilets, trash and visitor center. Easy access to shuttle buses and town.

We camp out of our Tacoma and this loop was perfect. Plus it was conveniently located to restrooms, the host, and the path to the visitor lodge and shuttle. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful campground, well maintained, level tent pads, clean restrooms, plentiful water, decent spacing and privacy. Even the inside-the-loop sites were a joy, with pretty stone retaining walls carving out nice private spots. The cg was full when we were there but did not feel like it. I look forward to returning.
8 minute showers are available at the general store for a small fee.

1)The place is nice and worth to be visited.
2) WLAN /net only at the Information center, not at the camping places.

Small park but very beautiful with large mule deer passing through as there is an orchard of apples and pears. The scenic drive was closed and the visitors office closes early and is the only location to get WiFi but can be done just outside the entrance. Cohab trail was very pretty but it is not a loop.

Really nice well maintained facility with lots of on-site amenities; store, restaurants, showers, rest rooms, interpretive centre, and a dozen or so look-out points. Did I mention the incredible hiking trails. Hell yah. Spent three nights there last week. Uber memorable. :)
