Sunset Campground offers a beautiful and quiet setting within Bryce Canyon National Park, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms and spacious campsites surrounded by trees. Its convenient location allows easy access to hiking trails and scenic viewpoints, enhancing the camping experience. While some sites may be too small for larger RVs and cell service is limited, the overall atmosphere and amenities make it a highly recommended destination for nature lovers.

Convenient location. Bus stop close by. The site wasn't very level. Clean bathroom.

Everything you expect from a tent camping trip to National Park - big tent site among tall pine trees, clean bathrooms, dishwashing station with nearby town for supplies, gifts and ice-cream. Next to or very close to all hiking trails and sights to see in Bryce Canyon National Park. We loved every second of our camping stay at Sunset Campground!

It was such a beautiful campground. The surrounding were serene and secluded. The bathrooms were clean and there was a little well to fill your water bottles or clean your feet. My son loved playing in the campground and spotting little pikas. Will definitely come again.

I gave four stars because sunset campground is too close to each other’s. Overall we have a great experience there. We have very loud neighbors at sites 285 after hours tills after midnight. Remember take pictures the camp information center incase if you have bad neighbors, reported immediately. If you can’t follow the camping ground rules don’t come here like a jerk.
Location of this sunset campground is ideal for Bryce Canyon. All in walking within distance. Shower is only $4 for 8 minutes. Generally stores are everywhere so the shower is but the shower closed at 8pm so put that in mind. Campsite has partially shaded but it is not hot. Close to the bathroom. Clean flush bathroom at our site. We will stay here again.

The park is very clean and quiet. Bathrooms are very clean. The host that was on duty at the time was very nice and acted promptly when I mentioned a generator running outside of posted hours. I noticed the neighbor across from them was annoyed so I spoke for them quietly. It is perfectly located to the walking paths of the rim Trail and sunset trail. Really no need for a shuttle ride to them. The only thing I can complain about is the sites where you park your camper or far from level. You’ve got to have some leveling blocks for most of them. It’s a very pretty campground. I highly suggest this one.

One of our favorite campgrounds so we came back the following week. Great for kids to ride bikes, super clean bathrooms and a dishwashing room, shaded trees, quiet and kind campground hosts. Mule deer walked right through our site every day. So fun.

This location was breathtaking, the bathrooms were clean, and the sites were spaced apart enough so that we felt we had a lot of privacy. We also got to see a moose close to our campsite which was exciting. It’s an hour away from the main part of the park but the drive up is beautiful.
