Friendly and helpful camp hosts. Plumbing in the bathroom was a nice surprise! Beautiful sites with lots of space on the outside of the loops. Love all the aspen trees.

Great spot for a tent at our site. Sandy/small pebbles and a flat surface for a tent. Clean bathrooms.

Beautiful site but incredibly dusty. The only place to pitch our tent was in dust.

Loop A in Duck Creek Campground is absolutely beautiful and is very well maintained. Sites are fairly well separated, and many back to open forest. Aspen are beautiful adjacent to evergreens. The camp host was often seen throughout the campground.
The only MAJOR drawback: generators are allowed to run for HOURS! One of our neighbors ran two! And both neighbors uphill from him ran their generators at the same time, so we were hearing FOUR generators.
And generators could run until 10 p.m. The two-generator family ran theirs until 10:05 one of the nights we were there. The obnoxious noise totally spoiled the experience of being in an alpine meadow. Because of the noise, one of our neighbors packed up and left after driving a great distance to the campground. The campground manager needs to significantly reduce the number of hours the generators are allowed. Another option is to only allow generators on the loops which allow ATV's to cross. Campers in those campsites are already prepared for a noisier experience.

We always have the best experience at this campsite. The sites are large and adequately distanced from the ones next to you. They are also very clean, have a level tent pad and we really love the cement around the campfire pit. With the high fire risk all summer, it is comforting to have the risk reduced at the site, while still enjoying a campfire. The camp host stopped by every day, very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and close to the sites. We have been camping here for over 10 years and will continue to come back!

The camp host/manager was so kind and helpful. The location was absolutely gorgeous and the campsites were all quite large and spaced out well. Bathrooms were spotless too. Can’t wait to go back!
