What Guests Are Saying
Joe's Valley Reservoir is praised for its beautiful campground, offering a variety of well-maintained sites with great views, ample shade, and easy access to outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and ATV riding. Most campers enjoyed clean restrooms and appreciated the friendly camp host. However, some noted issues such as uncleaned toilets attracting flies, noise from nearby off-road vehicles, and misleading campsite descriptions, particularly regarding double sites. Overall, many expressed a desire to return.

Hidden little gem!
We had two adults, two young kids and two dogs here for two nights in October 2020 and nearly had the entire campground to ourselves. Quiet, BEAUTIFUL scenery surrounds you, walking distance to trout fishing or a refreshing dip in the reservoir for two- or four-legged creatures. We’ll be coming back!

Lovely time of year beginning of October! We really enjoyed our site. Unfortunately, generator noise until 11 pm and noxious smoke really made the evenings unpleasant for tent campers like us. Would be so much easier to enjoy the peaceful surroundings if people were willing to be more considerate.
