What Guests Are Saying

Kents Lake Campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, lake access for various activities, and a generally peaceful atmosphere. Many visitors appreciated the spaciousness of the campsites, which provide privacy, and noted the friendly camp host. However, there are concerns regarding the cleanliness of the restrooms and the camp host's lack of responsiveness to maintenance issues, which detracted from some experiences.

We loved Kent's Lake. We went in mid June, and the weather was perfect. The campground was clean. The view of the lake was beautiful from every camp spot. The camp host was very friendly, and extremely helpful. He even let us borrow his tools, when we had an issue with our trailer hitch. We will definitely be returning to this location again in the future.

Awesome site. Quite a drive but worth it. No bear box but the host said we could leave our stuff in the car without issue.

This little reservoir is a gem. Beautiful alpine nature mountain lake with a mountain spring feeding it across a verdant grassy plane from conifers to water. Very quiet. We had the uppermost campsite, very private and roomy. There was a resident wild turkey that roamed around the campsite. The camp host was a stellar individual who seemed to like his work and loved the area and went out of the way to help us. We spent only 1 night since we were on a limited time trip form North Rim Grand Canyon back to Bend Oregon, We dont like staying in rv campgrounds or other tight together campgrounds. Kents lake was a great getaway from those and since it was our first time in Utah it was great to see some of the wilder areas off the main roads. The last 5 miles going in of gravel road is a bit rough, steep and with tight corners. We were pulling a 24 ft fifth wheel trailer with a Ram 2500 cummins. No problems. We later saw some much longer fifth wheels passing by the campground. We had to stop once to wait for traffic and had to go to 4 wheel drive to get going again. Thats what can happen camping anywhere you go.

Several miles of bumpy dirt road to get to the campground- popped our tire on our truck (tires weren’t too old). Be prepared for the rough road. Beautiful lake for fishing and kayaking.
