We have gone to Currant Creek for decades. The camp hosts have cleaned and made sure there was toilet paper in them. In the past we also had access to the RV dump station as part of the fee. It was an unexpected expense. Now that the campground has been leased out to a private organization they are bleeding the campground dry by not maintaining the campground. The bathrooms were filthy and out of toilet paper in both the mens and womens bathroom from the time we arrived on Sunday until the following Wednesday even after they were informed of the outage on Monday. They also were only available for a few hours on certain days during the week. This last year was horrible under the new management. It appears the new management has done everything they can to get more money and give little back in return.

We had a family reunion campout with seven families and it worked well for our families to have campsites away from the reservoir, but still not that far for those who wanted to cool off tubing in the water or going fishing. This will be a good camping site to consider going to for our family reunion.
