Location is very scenic with a close trail and access to some very primitive forest areas. Also close to alpine fishing and I saw a lot of mule deer and other wildlife. Highway 12 is has great views of Capitol Reef National park and surrounding landscape. The Camp host was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location but most rewarding was Sandy who runs the place for the concessionaire. She is delightful and helpful in any field one is pursuing. Great gal, great place, and spotless in all areas

We absolutely loved single tree. The grounds are so well kept. The best bathrooms we have ever seen in a campground. The host was super nice and we will be back for sure. Do yourself a favor and check it out

Sandy, the host, was very welcoming. The campground is around 24 miles to Capitol Reef NP, which has some great hiking trails. There is one hiking trail at Singletree, which leads to a waterfall. Water is available at the campground, along with a dump station. The campsites are spaced out nicely. I would definitely stay here again.

The camp site is not far from Capitol Reef National Park and is by the scenic road 12. There are a lot trees there but the site is a little bit too close to each other in my opinion. There is a single Tree Trail with a water fall but we never find the fall. The trail starting point is close to the hose site. The bath rooms are clean and convenient.

Singletree is a beautiful campground in a great location. It's less than an hour's drive to Capitol Reef National Park, on scenic Hwy 12. The campground is very well-maintained, and the camp host is welcoming and helpful. Potable water is available, and there are even flush toilets! Singletree is situated at an elevation of over 8,000 ft., so be prepared for cool nights in the fall.

Very nice clean, and quiet campground just south of Torrey. Great launch point to head south on Highway 12 to Bryce. Fun hike to the falls. Camp host Sandy was very helpful getting us oriented. She even called me to tell me that I left my camp stove behind!

This campground is not far from Capitol Reef, but it's not just around the corner either. It's really pretty, but a little out there. Nice campsites and the camp host was WONDERFUL. Bathrooms were spotless and there's a little trail in the back of the campground. We were there on a Saturday and the park was sparsely populated. Probably won't have any problem popping in for a night or two without a reservation. But really, the camp host is what made it special. Thanks!

From Torrey, Utah, drive approximately one mile east on Highway 24 to junction of Highway 12. Turn right onto Highway 12 and continue for 12 miles to the campground.

Policies & Rules
General
- Street legal and non-street legal vehicles are allowed for access and egress only.
- There are no electricity, water or sewer hookups at the campground.
- This is a ‘pack it in-out’ facility. No garbage services are available. Please bring your own garbage bags.
- Camping is limited to 16 days.
- Any vehicles or trailers that can not fit in the designated site must be relocated to another site purchased at full site price. Check area map for available free parking.
- Bears frequent this area; please keep all food, garbage and scented items locked up and inaccessible to wildlife.
- Don't Move Firewood: Help prevent the spread of tree-killing pests in our national forests by obtaining firewood near your destination and burning it on-site. For more information visit dontmovefirewood.org.
