What Guests Are Saying
Singletree Campground offers a beautiful and serene setting with well-spaced, spacious sites surrounded by pine trees, making it a great choice for exploring nearby attractions like Capitol Reef National Park. The campground features clean restrooms, friendly hosts, and amenities like a dump station and fire pits, enhancing the camping experience. However, some guests noted a need for additional restroom facilities and experienced issues with noise from large groups at times, but overall, many found it to be a pleasant and enjoyable destination.

We love Boulder Mountain, and really liked the fact that Singletree allowed us to reserve spots, rather than trying to rush down and find one before they were all gone. This campground is situated nicely as a jumping off point for either Escalante/Grand Staircase, or Capitol Reef. It's also a wonderful place to hang out in its own right. I highly recommend planning some time to just walk out into the trees a bit, and explore the area around the campground.
Note that the sites are pretty packed in, and in some cases you may feel like you're right on top of your neighbor. That worked out well for us since we came with another family and got sites that basically adjoined perfectly. Might not be as nice for someone who was expecting more privacy.

Should hype the singletree falls hike more. Stumbled upon it and it is amazing. Great to have a wooded mountain campground just 25 minutes from Capitol reef. A nice respite from the desert

This campground was 25 minutes from Capitol Reef. Although it was out a bit, we loved it. The campground itself was so peaceful, clean, well maintained and pretty. There is a half hour walk to a small waterfall and a place to just relax if you want a short walk. The host was exceptional. Very friendly and kind. She took great care of the place and her guests. The short trip into capitol Reef for the day wasn't a problem. It was well worth it to be at such a nice place at night.

Nice and helpful camp host! Potable water and dump station at campsite but no sinks in bathrooms or dishwashing areas.
