Lovely campground with kind and helpful host. Bathrooms with flush toilet and amazing stargazing. If you need a dump station they have one for a $10 fee.

This is a beautiful campground in the woods. Lovely spaces and very clean restrooms with toilets and sinks. The camp is host is friendly and helpful. About twenty minutes to Corak Reef entrance.

The park was beautiful, but the facilities were not as well maintained as other campsites I stayed at even on this same trip. I had trouble finding the garbages, for example. There were many people here that were quite noisy, but I think that was just a result of the group sites being occupied. I think in the future I might look at other sites that are further away from the group site locations if I stayed here again.

This was a hidden gem. There’s a volleyball court and lots of grills and picnic tables for families. Very quiet and great for star gazing. Maybe 30 minutes away from Capitol reef. There are flush toilet portapotties but no sinks. Bring hand soap and hand washing water. No showers. I would stay again!

Looking to explore Capital Reef NP, but also want to escape the heat and be in an evergreen shaded campground? Well singletree is the place for you. One thing to note, all of our reservations said "Fishlake National Forest" but the camp ground seems to be in the "Dixie National Forest". Anyway, it is a short drive to Torrey UT and Capital Reef NP

From Torrey, Utah, drive approximately one mile east on Highway 24 to junction of Highway 12. Turn right onto Highway 12 and continue for 12 miles to the campground.
The campground is accessible via Highway 24 and Highway 12, with the junction of these highways located approximately one mile from Torrey, Utah.

Policies & Rules
General
- Street legal and non-street legal vehicles are allowed for access and egress only.
- There are no electricity, water or sewer hookups at the campground.
- This is a ‘pack it in-out’ facility. No garbage services are available. Please bring your own garbage bags.
- Camping is limited to 16 days.
- Any vehicles or trailers that can not fit in the designated site must be relocated to another site purchased at full site price. Check area map for available free parking.
- Bears frequent this area; please keep all food, garbage and scented items locked up and inaccessible to wildlife.
- Don't Move Firewood: Help prevent the spread of tree-killing pests in our national forests by obtaining firewood near your destination and burning it on-site. For more information visit dontmovefirewood.org.
