What Guests Are Saying
Singletree Campground offers a beautiful and serene setting with well-spaced, spacious sites surrounded by pine trees, making it a great choice for exploring nearby attractions like Capitol Reef National Park. The campground features clean restrooms, friendly hosts, and amenities like a dump station and fire pits, enhancing the camping experience. However, some guests noted a need for additional restroom facilities and experienced issues with noise from large groups at times, but overall, many found it to be a pleasant and enjoyable destination.

A cool, quiet camp ground even with 2 large groups nearby. Restroom maintenance left something to be desired though with trashcan overflowing all day

We reserved three nights at Singletree campground. We arrived to find the entire campground full of youth between the ages of fourteen and seventeen. Kids were walking and running in groups and riding bicycles everywhere in the campground. It was worse than trying to walk through the mall. Vehicles were parked everywhere and the overflow area had vehicles and camp trailers to the point of over flowing. Needless to say we did not stay in the campground despite our reservations. The camp host could only apologize because the situation was out of his control and at this point there was no option for a refund. I won’t take the chance of staying at Singletree ever again even though we have stayed there in the past. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a campground thus far!

Pleasant quiet campground with a lot of nice trees. Reasonably good condition, though the toilet building needs some TLC. The recreation.gov site says the campsite has wifi for $5 but the HughsNet system was broken when we were there. Without wifi, cell reception is spotty.
Keep in mind Single Tree is at a higher elevation than Capital Reef NP, so it will be colder overnight than whatever the forecast low for the park is.

Loved this campground. Beautiful and quiet. The camp hot was so friendly and accommodating. I ended up staying in site 21 since it had more shade, and I highly recommend it!

Really nice and quiet place! Clean facilities and a lot of space to camp. When it started to get dark we heard some cows which was very entertaining.

We LOVE Singletree!! Second year in a row to camp there. ALWAYS clean areas for tenting, bathrooms clean and supplied, plenty of space between campsites, LOVE IT!! Beautiful trails and a bonus that it's so close to National Parks!!
