Campsite was clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were well attended and in great working order. The camp host was friendly and seemed to be out-and-about the campground regularly. We've stayed here on multiple occasions and this continues to be a great campground.

Dirty socks by the table. Underpants hanging in the tree. Bring your own toilet paper cuz theirs was see through. There used to be soap to wash your hands outside the outhouse. Not now. South Fork is beautiful. The rest…not so much.

We camp here every year and love it. Plenty of trees/shade, great river running through it, close to the reservoir and clean/safe.

Size of camp spots should be verified, seems small. Camp host was awesome!

Easy to get to NPS campground. Campsites are well spaced from each other. Access to the river from the campground if desired. Bathrooms were not the cleanest/freshest, but at least they are there.

This was a great site! Lots of space, and being up against the mountain made it feel more private. The site next to it is 25, and it would be a good one to book with this one if you have a bigger group (site 30 is not close, so don’t be fooled by the numbering). It has a nice area with a few trees between the two sites, and a fun area to explore on the other side that is not near any sites. Across the road and down 50 yards or so is the river access. It was perfect for littles, and my kids loved it!

I stayed at South Fork on Mondays in August. Except for the first night the neighboring campers were quiet. The sites were very clean except for one place where someone had dumped a pile of briquets and they weren't cleaned up. They may have put them there after the host cleaned the camp.

The host did not properly check in on the sites the first night we stayed. One site near us stayed up well past the time for "Quiet Hours" with their loud music and talking while the other sites near us (4+) were trying to sleep. Other than that, it was an awesome experience. Stay in Loop B, it's less noisy and less crowded than Loop A.
